PAYMENT POLICY – NO REFUNDS

We are committed to delivering a high-quality experience for every athlete. To ensure we can plan and operate our programming effectively, the following payment policy applies:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL

All registration fees, dues, deposits, and other payments are non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Injury or illness
• Scheduling conflicts
• Personal or family matters
• Preferences regarding coaching style or team assignment
• Choosing to leave the program for any reason

SEASON COMMITMENT & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Accepting a roster spot means you are committing to the full season and all associated costs. These fees help cover:

• Field rentals and facility use
• Tournament and league entry fees
• Coaching compensation and training
• Administrative and logistical expenses

Many of these expenses are paid in advance and are non-refundable to the organization.

INJURY-RELATED CREDIT POLICY

In the event of a season-ending injury, a 50% credit (not a refund) may be applied toward a future season, provided:

• A physician’s note confirms the athlete cannot return
• The request is reviewed and approved by program leadership

CANCELLATIONS & PROGRAM CHANGES

If unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather or facility issues—affect the program, we will make every effort to reschedule or adjust. However:

• No refunds or prorated fees will be provided
• If a tournament is canceled, no refund will be issued as costs are prepaid and non-refundable

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for any team, clinic, or program, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. Your commitment enables us to operate efficiently and continue providing an exceptional experience for all participants.
