By participating in our lacrosse programs, all players, coaches, and participants agree to act in a manner that upholds the values of sportsmanship, fairness, and respect for all individuals involved.

Liability Information:

LaxLifeCarolina and Lady Pride Lacrosse shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during participation in any program or event.
Participants and their legal guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk.

Copyright Rules:

All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos on the LaxLifeCarolina website and promotional materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Participants must seek explicit permission before using or reproducing any copyrighted materials related to the program.

Expected Behavior:

Respectful behavior is mandatory. Bullying, harassment, or any form of disrespectful conduct is strictly prohibited.
Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and instructions provided by program staff and officials.

Unlawful Behavior:

Engaging in any unlawful activities during program participation is strictly prohibited.
Use or possession of illegal substances is forbidden, and anyone found in violation will face immediate expulsion from the program.

Bullying Policy:

Bullying in any form, including physical, verbal, or cyberbullying, is unacceptable and will result in immediate disciplinary action.
Participants witnessing or experiencing bullying are encouraged to report the incident to program staff immediately.

Termination of Participation:

The program reserves the right to terminate a participant’s involvement should they fail to comply with the terms and conditions or exhibit behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

Return and Refund Policy

At LaxLife Carolina, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our programs. We understand that situations may arise which require consideration for returns and refunds. Our policy is designed to address these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Refunds will be considered based on individual circumstances and may be granted under the following conditions:

1. In the event of a program cancellation by LaxLife Carolina.
2. Cases where an overpayment or billing error has occurred.

Evaluation Process

Non-Refundable Situations

Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• The participant voluntarily withdraws from the program for any reason.

• The participant fails to attend practices, games, or events, regardless of the reason.

• The participant is dismissed from the program due to violation of team policies, poor sportsmanship, disciplinary actions, or failure to comply with expectations (including attendance, conduct, and effort).

• Weather-related cancellations, facility closures, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable time frame. Once a refund is approved, the processing time may vary based on the method of payment used for the original transaction.
